We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of our internal web applications. These tools are critical to our daily operations, and you'll have a direct impact on improving the productivity and efficiency of teams across the company. You will be working on a variety of projects, from building new features to optimizing existing systems.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable internal web applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Python and Flask, ensuring they are well-documented and easy to consume.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
- Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tooling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience developing web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on building RESTful APIs using Flask.
- Solid understanding of front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
