This role focuses on building robust software components that enable intelligent decision-making, adaptive behaviors, and efficient mission execution. This is a remote, contract position for 40 hours/week with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and validate mission autonomy software components, including behavior trees and mission-level behaviors Develop and optimize algorithms for route planning and path planning in dynamic environments Architect and manage data pipelines to support autonomy and decision-making systems Contribute to the design of scalable and modular mission autonomy software architectures Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and C++ Perform software verification, validation, and testing to ensure reliability and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomy solutions into larger systems Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen.
