Job Summary

SureTest is hiring Test Automation Engineers to help improve how healthcare organizations test and manage their systems. In this role, you will work with healthcare workflows to implement and build reliable automation solutions that improve efficiency and system reliability.

We are looking for:

A background in healthcare IT, software testing, QA, development or analysis
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Resourceful, collaborative team players willing to learn and bring a development mindset capability
Nice to have:

Familiarity with EMR workflows (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
Experience with automation tools or scripting
Exposure to healthcare systems or environments
Duties

Develop, test, and maintain automated scripts to support healthcare IT applications
Work with tools such as Eggplant Functional, Selenium, Python, ServiceNow, Kronos or Workday
Translate real-world healthcare workflows into structured test scenarios
Support regression testing and ongoing script maintenance
Troubleshoot issues and refine automation for accuracy and performance
Collaborate with a remote team in an agile, team-based environment
Work with Azure DevOps and source control
