ONLY CANDIDATES WITH COGITO CERTIFICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED. The Analytics Project Manager oversees the EHR Analytics Team and performs the administration of Epic Cogito, Radar, and Workbench analytic tools. This position is responsible for the overall success of analytics and for coordinating analytics tasks across all EHR and third-party applications. This position also provides additional coordination and communication for the assigned team. Reports to the EHR Program Management Office (PMO) Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the project in their specific application area or team Develop and maintain project plans according to State and NCDHHS IT project management methodology Set clear expectations for team members Work closely with the EHR Program Director, EHR PMO Manager, and other project managers to coordinate activities Advise and coach team members by providing guidance on project issues, key success factors of the project, and lessons learned Organize resources within the organization Identify and manage issues and risks, assuring appropriate resolution/escalation and mitigation strategies are documented and assigned and status tracked Assist as a support contact for EHR analytics Oversee and coordinate the triage of analytics needs and the corresponding build Set overall build, security, and data segregation strategies Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide Reporting Workbench and Radar security policies Manage Report Workbench templates and create or authorize the creation of any new templates Track Report Workbench template build Coordinate technical implementation of overall data segregation strategy.
