Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent educational and work experience alternatives
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead small to moderate-sized solutions
Experience providing direction to team members and/or vendors
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience working within the parameters of two to three sprints
Ability to advise product owners on technology-related business problems
Experience formulating options and assessing their relative merits and risks
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead the development of technical solutions that align with architectural standards
Work collaboratively with product owners to determine the best solutions for business needs
Provide guidance and direction to team members and vendors
