The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will be instrumental in defining product vision, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

This is a hands-on role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage development teams of 12+ resources across multiple projects.

Create and manage Epics, user stories, and Jira sprints to drive product delivery.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed specifications.

Write comprehensive business logic and functional requirements documentation.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive and user-centered product experiences.

Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.

Test and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with documented requirements.

Plan and coordinate product releases, including regression testing and deployment readiness.

Deliver compelling demos and presentations to leadership and clients showcasing project progress and outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

12 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager/PM role.

Proven track record of leading development teams of 5+ resources.

Strong experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and sprint planning.

Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Technical understanding of frontend development (React, JavaScript) and backend technologies (Java).

Familiarity with AWS cloud services and Bitbucket for version control.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $54.93 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
