We are looking for a Technical Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have around 6 years of experience in software development and AI/ML systems, along with strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills. This role involves managing technical teams, guiding AI initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of intelligent solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

--Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and systems.
--Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
--Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions.
--Develop scalable ML pipelines and production-ready AI systems.
--Oversee model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
--Ensure best practices in data engineering, model versioning, and MLOps.
--Drive innovation by identifying new AI/ML opportunities within the organization.
--Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
--Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
--Provide technical guidance and architecture decisions for AI platforms.

Required Qualifications

--Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
--Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning.
--Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
--Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
--Experience with data processing and analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.).
--Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
--Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data modeling.

Preferred Skills

--Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
--Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
--Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
--Familiarity with Agile development practices.
