This is a remote position.

Nerdbug is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics.

We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency.

As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to oversee and drive our technical operations.



Requirements
What we are looking out for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).

- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django).

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Proven experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
