Overview

We are hiring a Technical Lead Electrical Engineer to support the design and execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement electrical systems for hyperscale data centers
Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and installation documentation
Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and industry standards
Perform system analysis, load balancing, and capacity planning
Support system testing, commissioning, and ongoing optimization
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering (data centers preferred)
PE or P.Eng required
Strong experience with power distribution, backup systems, and critical infrastructure
Familiarity with BIM tools (ACC preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation

$180K – $200K
