The Role We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer (.NET) to provide technical leadership and deliver high-impact software systems across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that blends hands-on development with architectural leadership, cross-team influence, and mentorship. You will partner closely with product, data, and engineering leadership to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems that power core business operations and long-term platform evolution. This role plays a critical part in defining technical standards, elevating engineering quality, and driving complex initiatives from concept through production.
