This is a remote position.

Basic Function:  This Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer will work within our team of developers to maintain and improve application to deliver value to our users. This person will work in collaboration with the VP of Technology to bring life to an enhanced user experience based on user feedback and executive leadership’s expectations.

Position’s Intention:   This position supports the mission to revolutionize stakeholders experience with our brand.

Essential Duties:

•         Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js.

•         Integrate and manage CRM applications and services.

•         Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS.

•         Implement and manage payment processing using Stripe.

•         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

•         Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

•         Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

•         Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.



Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:

•         Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.

•         Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

•         Extensive experience with Next.js and its ecosystem.

•         Hands-on experience with CRM applications and services.

•         Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure management.

•         Experience with Stripe integration and payment processing.

•         Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

•         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•         Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•         Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

•         Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

•         Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

•         Understanding of security best practices in web development.

Education/                   Bachelors (BA) Degree in a technology related field or

Certification:                Five (5) to Ten (10) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:     Ability to write reports, business correspondence.

                                                Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, staff, customers, and the general public.

 

Reasoning ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

                                                Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
