Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software quality assurance testing methodology. Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies including experience with Atlassian or similar tools. Proficient in test management software. Some experience with manual testing of RESTful API’s. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs. Preferred Skill/Abilities: Testing experience within an organization that has utilized Rapid or Agile SDLC. Familiar with SSRS reporting. Understanding of software design and programming principles. Experience with OpenAI Chatbot. Experience with AWS Pinpoint. Amazon Web Services (S3, IAM, CloudWatch, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB) Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and physical and virtual hardware systems related to the IT operational environment. Experience with UNIX systems. Experience with browser testing tools like HTTPWatch, FireBug, WireShark, and Fiddler.
