What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain web-based healthcare applications

Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and cross-functional interdisciplinary team members to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions

Develop secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for managing sensitive health data

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of professional software development experience

Understanding of secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EHR integrations)

Cloud platform experience (PowerBi, AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
