Description What you will be doing… Push code and create documentation including diagrams, flowcharts and models.  Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance. Solves technical problems of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity. Propose initial technical implementation to support architectural changes that solve scaling and performance problems. Contribute to developing and using tools that ensure uptime and reliability Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software Checking the team’s work for technical accuracy and ensuring the validity of their methods Plan improvements and features with a 6 month view Expose technology and organizational needs throughout their department Looks for innovation opportunities between several teams with a willingness to experiment and to boldly confront problems of large complexity and scope. Provides a point of escalation for sub-department teams facing complex technical challenges. Interact with customers and other external stakeholders as a consultant and spokesperson for the work of your sub-department Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address client or consumer concerns Teach, mentor, grow, and provide advice to other domain experts, individual contributors, across several teams in their sub-department.
