About the role
AIApply.co is looking for a Software Engineer to help build and improve modern web applications used by thousands of users. You’ll work closely with product and design to ship clean, reliable features in a fast-moving environment.

This role suits engineers who care about code quality, usability, and shipping impact.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain frontend and/or backend features

Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver new functionality

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Help improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

Requirements
2+ years experience in software development

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals

Experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks)

Familiarity with APIs and modern web architectures

Comfortable working with Git and code reviews

Nice to have
Node.js or backend experience

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
