Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and innovative Software Engineer specializing in AI technologies to join our development team. This is not a traditional software engineering role — the primary focus is rapid prototyping and experimentation, not production-grade development. You'll be expected to move quickly, test ideas, and build working proofs of concept using large language models like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, as well as newer tools like OpenClaw. Perfect is the enemy of fast here — we want someone who can get a working demo in front of stakeholders while others are still writing design docs.

What You'll Do

Rapidly prototype AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal applications to solve business problems across the organization
Build functional proofs of concept that demonstrate the value of new AI capabilities — speed and iteration matter more than polish
Experiment with emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI platforms as they hit the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation
Hand off validated prototypes to the broader engineering team when they're ready to be productionized
Share findings, document what works (and what doesn't), and help the team learn fast
What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience building with LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT (prompt engineering, API integration, agent workflows)
Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., OpenClaw, LangChain, or similar)
Strong fundamentals in at least one backend language (Python, TypeScript, etc.)
A bias toward action — you'd rather ship something rough today than something perfect next month
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged
Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to build
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Nice to Have

Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, or fine-tuning
Background in full-stack development
Contributions to open-source AI projects or a portfolio of AI-related side projects
