This role serves as a principal application designer for critical components and complex enhancements, delivering sound technical solutions while mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.   Primary Responsibilities: Lead complex systems analysis, design, and development initiatives Serve as a technical lead and hands-on contributor on complex projects Identify and implement technology solutions aligned with business goals Direct and coordinate development activities for projects of any scope Collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams through testing and deployment Prepare and execute test plans, perform debugging, and ensure application stability Develop and review technical and functional documentation Evaluate system interdependencies across applications and platforms Recommend new technologies, tools, and process improvements Promote development standards, best practices, and mentoring Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards Scope of Responsibilities: Works under Technology management with autonomy across all technical phases of development. Frequently leads project activities, manages assigned staff, mentors junior resources, and interacts with senior management, clients, and vendors.   Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and project oversight Mentor and support development of less experienced staff Monitor performance on assigned projects Education and Experience Required: Software Development and Database experience Mentoring experience Associate’s degree with 6 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with application development platforms and tools Ability to manage multiple complex projects Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Proven experience delivering system solutions and meeting project milestones Education and Experience Preferred: Knowledge of the Bank’s application framework Subject matter expertise in supported applications Advanced understanding of integrated and interfacing systems Ability to work independently and in team environments Experience supporting work outside standard BAU activities Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.   CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.   To Apply: To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
