Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions using languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.
Develop and maintain web applications utilizing frameworks like Ruby on Rails, React Express, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs to enable smooth data exchange across platforms.
Manage code repositories using version control tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git to ensure efficient collaboration and code integrity.
Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, leveraging services for scalability and security.
Follow Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements while maintaining high-quality standards in software development lifecycle processes.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging across Linux and Windows environments to ensure reliable performance.
Implement security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard sensitive data.
Engage in continuous learning of emerging technologies like quantum engineering concepts or new programming languages to enhance development capabilities.
Requirements

Proven experience in software development with proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, Python, C#, C++, or VBA.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases (MySQL, SQL), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Hands-on experience with web development frameworks like Ruby on Rails and front-end libraries such as React or JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with REST APIs, RESTful architecture principles, and API integration techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems including GitHub, SVN, or similar tools for collaborative coding.
Ability to develop applications using .NET technologies and application development best practices.
Experience working within Agile teams to deliver projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of Linux operating systems along with scripting skills for automation tasks.
Exposure to application security protocols including RBAC and other access control mechanisms.
Bonus skills include experience with Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE), C#, VBA scripting for automation tasks, quantum engineering fundamentals, or front-end development expertise.
