You’ll be shipping features that directly impact conversion, retention, and member experience. What You’ll Do Work with our CTO, designer, and front-end developer to build web + mobile technologies and custom apps in the fitness + meal-planning space Expand our headless Shopify-based ecommerce site (features, performance, reliability) Improve and scale our subscription systems, plus points + referral systems Build and maintain Shopify Apps and custom integrations Implement payment processing flows (Shopify, Stripe, merchant accounts) Integrate 3rd-party REST/Graph APIs into our customer ecosystem Implement APIs for fitness hardware (ex: Oura rings, fitness scales) and connect it into our customer database Maintain clean workflows using GitHub (PRs, version control, code review) Must-Have Qualifications Proficiency with PHP, MySQL, and Linux environments Experience building/maintaining ecommerce sites and/or web content management Very strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design + strong debugging ability Experience with Shopify and Shopify App development Knowledge of payment processing using Shopify, Stripe or merchant accounts Proficiency with 3rd-party REST/Graph API usage Proficiency with version control (GitHub) Bonus Experience (Strong Plus) Database structure & design Linux server administration (LAMP/LEMP) AWS experience (EC2/RDS) Understanding of ecommerce tracking & SEM (TripleWhale, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads) Building automated ecommerce reports and/or ERP integrations Nice to Haves React experience Shopify POS development experience GraphQL experience Docker experience Client-side UI creation (HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, JavaScript / SPA) Headless ecommerce development experience Compensation + Details Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid or Remote (US-based) Pay: $125,000-$150,000 (based on experience) Benefits: (PTO, healthcare, 401k, etc.) Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Have you worked on an ecommerce site with subscriptions, payments, or referral/rewards systems?
