Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with experience in SharePoint Online/On-Premises, InfoPath, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level collaboration and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online and On-Premises
Build and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) for business applications
Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)
Maintain and migrate legacy InfoPath forms to Power Platform solutions
Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems
Develop custom forms, dashboards, and workflows to enhance business productivity
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premises)
Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Hands-on experience with InfoPath forms and migration strategies
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI integration
Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft Dataverse
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform.
