Full Job Description
NikSoft is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to support the IT team of a large federal agency. ​ The role involves developing, maintaining, and expanding custom ServiceNow applications, integrating them with legacy systems, troubleshooting production issues, and driving innovation. ​ The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and external ServiceNow teams, while ensuring defect-free systems through testing and continuous improvement. ​

Qualifications: ​

Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field. ​
Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development experience. ​
Required CSA Admin certification. ​
Proficiency in ServiceNow application development (e.g., ITSM, SPM, CMDB, REST API integrations).
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, ALM, and Change/Configuration Management. ​
Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills. ​
Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Playwright. ​
Ability to work remotely and securely. ​
The ideal candidate should have intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow, Agile SDLC, Business Process Change Management, and ALM, along with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. ​

To be eligible, you must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship or a Green Card. Additionally, you must not have spent more than six months total outside of the United States during the past three years.
