Job Description: Role: ServiceNow Certified Architect
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $70–$75/hr (Max up to $78/hr on W2)
Required Experience
Minimum 5 full lifecycle ServiceNow ITSM implementations
At least 2 implementations in public sector
Experience architecting role-based security models
Experience with Okta and Microsoft Intune integrations
Experience implementing ServiceNow in 2,000+ user environmentsResponsibilities
Lead platform architecture and environment strategy
Design ITSM modules and role model
Configure PSDS
Oversee portal architecture
Provide technical leadership to developers
