What Would You Do At ALTRES?

A comprehensive role like this one calls for taking up the following responsibilities:

Translate software requirements into workable programming code.
Knowledge of Agile software development processes including Scrum and Scrum ceremonies.
Work with Team members and discuss technical solutions with them.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product Management teams for implementation. Conduct code reviews.
Own the design process life cycle. Figure out a problem statement and see it through each stage till the design becomes live code.
Coordinate with product managers, executives, and subject matter experts to incorporate specific design requirements, and visual treatment, and organize information.
Ensure continuous and collaborative communication between design and development teams to ensure crisp integration of front-end design to back-end functionality.
Tech Stacks that you will work with are Core Java, JSP, Spring, JDBCTemplate, Custom Tag libraries, MySQL, and Webservices.
What Do You Need For The Job?

As a potential candidate, you are expected to have the following skills (technical):

10+ years of experience in defining and documenting system architecture, including the selection of technologies, frameworks, and patterns. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
10+ years of experience in building web applications using J2EE (JSP, Servlets), Core Java, and in-depth knowledge and hands-on development experience in Spring core framework, Spring Boot, and Maven.
Detailed understanding of front-end Web application technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery development experience is very important.
Proficient in MySQL or another RDBMS variant with 8+ years of experience building and interfacing with the database.
Strong technical background with a good understanding of product development life cycle.
Experience with JIRA or similar issue & project tracking tools.
Familiarity with Agile software development processes including Scrum.
