Job Description: JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant / Developer with strong ServiceNow implementation experience, particularly in Finance-related solutions and complex custom builds. Exposure to HRSD is beneficial but not the primary focus.

The ideal candidate has delivered full-cycle implementations and can drive solution design, configuration, and technical architecture decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
Configure and develop Finance-related solutions within:
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Financial Planning & Investment Funding modules
Develop custom applications and scoped apps using ServiceNow App Engine
Build workflows, Flow Designer automations, and integrations
Create and optimize:
Business Rules
Script Include
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Data Models
Support integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders
Mentor junior developers
Ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years ServiceNow development experience
Proven implementation experience (not just support/enhancements)
Strong background in:
Finance module / SPM (highly preferred)
Custom application development
Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
Strong understanding of platform architecture
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
