We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to support, maintain, and continuously improve our core IT infrastructure. This role acts as a senior technical escalation point and plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and security across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors in a fast paced environment, supporting critical systems, leading incident response efforts, and helping drive infrastructure improvements. What You’ll Do • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues • Lead response efforts for critical incidents and participate in on call rotations • Administer, maintain, and optimize servers and core IT infrastructure • Install, support, and troubleshoot third party software solutions • Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and updates • Monitor system performance, availability, and security • Lead system updates, patching, backups, and recovery procedures • Maintain and improve technical documentation and operational procedures • Support continuous improvement of IT processes and infrastructure reliability • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support when required • Mentor junior technical team members and support knowledge sharing Requirements Technical Skills • Windows Server administration and virtual machine environments • Experience managing escalated support cases and incident response • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and TCP IP • Experience supporting third party software solutions • System monitoring, patching, backup, and recovery processes • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Qualifications • Proven experience as a Senior System Administrator or in a similar senior infrastructure role • Ability to manage high priority incidents under pressure • Comfortable working on call and handling critical issues • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams • English fluency required Nice to Have • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading technical initiatives • Experience working in fast paced or client facing environments • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, or similar • Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits • Competitive salary packages • Performance based incentives • Paid sick days and Christmas bonus • Private health insurance • Clear career growth and mapping • Global mobility and internship opportunities • Continuous training, certifications, and English development • Hybrid work model • Wellness benefits including gym discounts • A supportive, people first culture that values employee well being
