Senior Solutions Engineer – Integrations & AI Deployments

Location: US / New York or Remote (US-based only)
Work Authorization: US Citizen / Valid US Visa required
Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 per year + 0.10% equity

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who loves solving complex integration problems and bringing AI solutions to life in real enterprise environments.

In this role, you’ll lead high-impact customer integrations across systems like HCM, LMS, and CRM, work hands-on with APIs and data pipelines, and help shape how our platform scales. You’ll also play a key role in deploying AI-powered needs analysis, making sure everything is accurate, secure, and feels native to each customer’s environment.

What You’ll Do

Own complex customer integrations

Design and implement integrations across HCM, LMS, CRM, and other enterprise tools
Work with REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and platforms like Workato
Ensure deployments are secure, scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain
Act as the technical lead for major enterprise go-lives
Build and scale our integration ecosystem

Expand and strengthen platform APIs
Create reusable, template-based integrations
Define best practices, tooling, and documentation
Reduce deployment time using repeatable frameworks
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap
Deploy AI in real-world environments

Work directly with enterprise customers on AI-powered needs analysis
Map and validate datasets and data quality
Design guardrails for AI outputs (accuracy, safety, compliance)
Deliver solutions that feel seamless and native to each organization
What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

6+ years in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar roles
Proven experience owning complex integrations end-to-end
Strong hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, ETL, and data pipelines
Experience working with enterprise SaaS systems (HCM, LMS, CRM)
Technical Skills

Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and SaaS architectures
Comfortable working with AI / LLM-based systems
Rails experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Communication & Collaboration

Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
Can balance quick execution with long-term scalability
