Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design and build backend systems that power both member‑facing mobile experiences and provider‑focused web applications, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, high‑quality software. You’ll lead major projects, integrate AI tools, mentor junior engineers, and ensure smooth operations across the platform. Your impact comes from combining technical excellence with collaborative problem‑solving to enhance digital healthcare delivery.

Build and maintain backend systems for member mobile apps and provider web applications in close partnership with product, design, and engineering teams
Write high‑quality code, conduct reviews, and create tests while upholding strong architectural and coding standards
Lead hands‑on development and mentor junior engineers through complex technical challenges
Integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle and collaborate with AI specialists to enhance system capabilities
Drive major initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and support on‑call rotations to ensure system reliability and performance

Key Requirements:
A Senior Software Engineer reflects deep expertise across modern programming languages, scalable system design, cloud technologies, and AI‑driven development. You pair strong technical judgment with the ability to collaborate effectively, mentor others, and translate complex needs into secure, maintainable solutions. 7+ years writing clean, tested, efficient production code with proficiency in Ruby or Python
Experience building UIs with React or Vue and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Skilled in designing secure, scalable APIs and using CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI best practices, and AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor or Copilot
Familiar with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and strong communication with a collaborative mindset
