What You’ll Do

Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions
Improve system architecture to support a growing global customer base
Partner with product managers and architects to deliver high-impact features
Contribute to production deployments, reliability, and performance improvements
Lead by example in engineering best practices and code quality
Coach and support junior team members
What You Bring

6 or more years of experience building software in fast-paced environments
Strong experience with Java and web application development
Experience with modern front-end JavaScript and CSS frameworks
Advanced SQL and relational database skills, ideally MySQL or MariaDB
Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud-based environments
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins
Experience working with distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
