Job Description: Senior Software Engineer - REMOTE

Accountabilities
Supporting full software lifecycle projects, including requirements definition, design, software development, implementation, and test & verification
Implementing software development process improvement activities in accordance with organizational procedures
Developing unit and integration tests and test plans for software applications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent technical experience (10+ years)
Experience designing, developing, and supporting mission applications
Fundamental understanding of computer systems and networking (e.g. IP, TCP, HTTP)
Advanced knowledge in object-oriented analysis and design techniques
Web application development skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C#)
Familiarity with C#, VB.Net, Entity Framework, AJAX, Razor, MVC
Experience developing web services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP)
Proficient in relational database development (SQL)
Experience with collaborative development tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket, Visual Studio)
Comfortable with version control concepts and tools (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with agile development principles and practices (SAFe, JIRA)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
