Job Description: As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our mobile-first VR training platform. You will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge web applications using ReReact and TypeScript, while also supporting engineering teams building customer products and internal tooling.

What you’ll do: 

Lead and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications using React and TypeXScript.
Support engineering teams building innovative products for Interplay customers as well as engineering teams building tooling for Interplay’s simulation design team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, architect, and ship high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
Review MRs and communicate code improvements empathetically. 
Extend expertise to mobile development and VR applications.
