Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, C#, and Java.
Architect scalable solutions leveraging cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Oversee the integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance system functionalities.
Drive Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
Manage source code repositories using GitHub and SVN; enforce best practices for version control and code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
Mentor junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and excellence.
Requirements

Proven experience in software development with proficiency in IT infrastructure management and web development frameworks.
Strong command of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (React Express), Python, C++, C#, .NET, VBA, SQL, MySQL, and application development tools.
Hands-on experience working with cloud services such as AWS and Azure; familiarity with Linux environments is essential.
Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and implementation; experience integrating APIs across diverse platforms.
Knowledge of security protocols including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard applications and data integrity.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience managing projects within fast-paced development cycles.
Ability to work effectively with version control systems like Git; experience with SVN is a plus.
