About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Software Engineer with deep experience in Tungsten Automation TotalAgility (TTA) to design, build, and scale content‑intensive workflow solutions. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery—from process maps and work types to connectors, integrations, and performance tuning—while collaborating with product, operations, and customer stakeholders to turn complex business processes into robust, maintainable automation.

What you’ll do

Design & build TotalAgility solutions: Model business process maps, business rules, automated and user activities, forms, and other associated artifacts.
Capture & Transformation: Implement capture workflows, classification/extraction, and transformation pipelines.
Develop/manage Integrations: Configure and extend Import/Message Connectors, external system integrations (REST/SOAP/SDK), and event pipelines.
APIs & services: Build clean support DLLs, APIs, and microservices (primarily in C#/.NET) to support business functionality, orchestrate end‑to‑end workflows and other supporting operations.
Security & compliance: Apply secure coding practices, role‑based access, auditability, and data governance across workflow assets and integrations.
Documentation & enablement: Produce developer‑level documentation and solution runbooks; mentor teammates and partner with “citizen developers” within guidelines.
What you’ll bring

3+ years building production solutions with Tungsten TotalAgility.
Proven experience designing workflows and user interfaces; comfortable with related APIs (e.g., job/activity queries, sorting, filtering).
Strong C#/.NET skills; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for form customization.
Experience with Tungsten/Kofax Capture and exposure to VRS, classification/extraction, and OCR/ICR pipelines.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade‑offs clearly.
Agile delivery experience and a track record of production incident response/performance tuning.
Nice to have

Experience integrating LLMs into TotalAgility solutions (prompt orchestration, content enrichment, recognition, validation).
Cloud environment experience (Azure and/or AWS).
Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) patterns.
Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or public sector.
Tungsten/Kofax certifications.
Education

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
