In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You’ll work across the entire tech stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces. Develop backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase. Testing & Deployment Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application stability. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Automate deployment processes and ensure continuous delivery Maintenance & Support Monitor applications in production and respond to issues in a timely manner. Continuously improve existing applications based on feedback and evolving requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain modern and effective. Requirements 5+ years of experience in full stack web development. Strong proficiency in frontend frameworksIe.g. React, Nodejs, or Angular). Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g. Elixir, Java, Ruby, or Python). Proficiency with databases. Experience building and consuming APIs. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools. Experience with cloud platforms. Knowledge of modern authentication methods. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
