Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and maintainable user interfaces. This role requires strong technical judgment, ownership, and the ability to mentor other engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain complex React applications using modern best practices

Lead frontend technical design and contribute to overall system architecture

Build reusable, performant, and accessible UI components

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions

Review code, enforce standards, and drive frontend best practices across the team

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support team growth

Participate in technical planning, estimation, and decision-making

Ensure application security, quality, and maintainability
