Position Overview
MoldStud is a leading provider of virtual care solutions that transform the delivery of healthcare services. We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of telemedicine by building scalable, reliable, and intuitive web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Drive technical leadership across cross-functional development teams, safeguarding code quality and architecture standards.
Architect and maintain the front-end codebase, prioritizing performance, accessibility, and modern design patterns.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories into robust, high-quality features.
Take ownership of full-stack development initiatives, from concept to production deployment.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, code reviews, and constructive feedback.
Plan, estimate, and schedule development work, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Integrate with third-party services and help customers incorporate new features into our platform.
Advocate for best practices in API design, state management, and scalable architecture.
Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements to development workflows.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
Expertise in front-end development with React, Redux, and RTK, including a deep understanding of the React ecosystem.
Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on modular, reusable components.
Proficiency in Ruby or related back-end frameworks.
Solid grasp of modern web architecture, API design principles, and performance optimization.
Experience working with WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, or other real-time communication protocols.
Proven problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and test-driven development.
Background in health-tech or related domains is a plus.
