Job Title: Senior Pega Developer
Location: Remote
Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of proven expertise in delivering end-to-end enterprise-grade Pega solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven leader with a strong hands-on technical background and the ability to take full ownership of project delivery from inception to production.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver complex Pega-based solutions across the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Pega applications.
Own technical delivery and provide hands-on development support using Pega PRPC and related tools/frameworks.
Define and implement best practices around Pega development, coding standards, and reusable components.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
Manage performance tuning, code reviews, and application optimization.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Pega development with a strong focus on end-to-end project delivery.
In-depth understanding of Pega Platform (v7.x to v8.x+), Pega Rules, Case Management, UI, Integrations, and Decisioning.
Proven leadership in managing mid to large-scale Pega implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pega CSSA or LSA certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile environments.
Exposure to cloud-based Pega deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
