Senior & Lead Fullstack Engineers (React / Node.js / MERN)
Employment: Full-time via MLabs
Engagement: Contracted to a UAE-based enterprise client
Location: Remote (Eastern Europe / MENA / India preferred)

MLabs is hiring Senior and Lead Fullstack Engineers to support a large-scale financial technology program for a UAE-based enterprise client.

This role combines modern frontend development with scalable backend services. You will work across the stack, building secure web applications using React and Node.js within a distributed, enterprise-grade environment. Lead-level candidates will contribute to architectural decisions across both frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain fullstack applications using React and Node.js
Design scalable RESTful APIs and backend services
Build secure, performant frontend interfaces
Integrate applications with databases and enterprise systems
Optimize system performance across the stack
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
Lead Engineers: provide cross-stack technical leadership and mentor teams
Requirements
5+ years (Senior) / 8+ years (Lead) fullstack development experience
Strong proficiency in React and Node.js
Experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
Experience designing REST APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of database design and data modeling
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
Preferred
Experience in fintech or regulated environments
Experience working with distributed systems
Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 integrations
Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives
