POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications across the digital platform technology stack. This role partners closely with product, design, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into robust, user-centered digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, a strong foundation in system architecture and performance optimization, and a passion for building secure, maintainable platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the digital platform stack.
Lead CMS architecture and component strategy, enabling marketing teams to deliver high-quality content using industry-standard web content management platforms.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and reusable components.
Drive the development and integration of platforms, tools, and services to support e-commerce, lead generation, and quote conversion strategies.
Build and oversee the implementation of responsive, high-performance front-end experiences using modern frameworks.
Design and maintain secure, performance back-end services, APIs, and data models.
Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and development best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Lead code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Oversee third-party integrations and ensure alignment with enterprise security and data governance standards.
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and business analysts to optimize SEO, site performance, and digital conversion metrics.
Own deployment strategy, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and production support.
Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI-enabled development tools) and drive continuous improvement across the digital platform footprint.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of professional experience building scalable, customer-facing web application
AI-literate and adept at incorporating AI-enabled development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade web systems
Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
Experience building scalable back-end services using Node.js or similar runtimes
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and secure service integrations
Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, etc.)
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern DevOps practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong system design, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Demonstrated commitment to writing high-performance, maintainable, well-tested code
Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other developers
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and production deployment workflows
Experience with modern front-end build tooling and performance optimization strategies
Experience working in headless CMS or composable digital architecture environments
Experience in high-traffic eCommerce or conversion-focused web platforms
Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and automation frameworks
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving digital environments while maintaining engineering discipline
