Become a Key Player as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will drive scalable product development to enable rapid growth across hundreds of farms. You will shape technical vision, lead system design, and work closely with customers and operational teams to ensure the product solves real-world problems. Your work will directly impact farm economics and the organization’s ability to scale from thousands to hundreds of thousands of managed animals. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team Collaborate on and lead the technical vision and system designs for multiple complex projects. Implement end-to-end features and improvements to scale the product from dozens to hundreds of farms. Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to increase codebase scalability and team productivity. Join farm visits and engage with customers to validate that the product addresses core needs. Build and maintain robust data processing pipelines to handle large-scale agricultural data. Contribute to full-stack development including frontend and backend components. Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role Strong proficiency in Python and experience with scientific libraries (polars/pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.). Solid system design fundamentals and familiarity with cloud/serverless infrastructure. Experience building robust data processing pipelines. Full-stack development experience with Typescript. Ability to create clarity and define playbooks in high-ambiguity environments. Comfort working in fast-paced settings and rapidly learning domain-specific topics (dairy farming, animal genetics, bioinformatics, farm economics).
