Job Description: About the Role
We are seeking Senior Full-Stack Engineers with 8+ years of experience who can lead by example, take ownership of complex systems, and help scale our platform. You should be capable of working independently and leading small teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities
Design and develop modern full-stack applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL

Architect scalable, secure cloud-based backends on GCP and AWS.

Implement performance optimization and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategy with product goals.

Ensure best practices in security, code quality, and system reliability.

Qualifications
Proven experience building and leading scalable, secure systems

Expertise in backend development, with strong frontend integration skills

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), containerization (Docker), and modern DevOps workflows

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions

Ability to work effectively in a distributed, fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with C++, WebAssembly, blockchain, or cryptographic security

Familiarity with edge computing and CDN optimization
