Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI-Assisted Development

Core Requirements

Technical:

Next.js 14 (App Router, Server Components, API routes)
TypeScript – strict, production-quality
Supabase – PostgreSQL, RLS policies, Auth, real-time
Real-time voice/audio systems – ElevenLabs or similar conversational AI APIs, websockets, streaming audio. This is the core of the product.
Stripe – subscriptions, webhooks, billing flows
Working Style:

Proficient with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) – this is non-negotiable. The codebase is built for AI-assisted development. You'll be working alongside Claude Code daily.
Production mindset – surgical changes only, no over-engineering, no "improvements" beyond the ask
Direct communication – ask clarifying questions, don't assume
Executes vision, doesn't redesign it – you're implementing, not architecting
What You'll Do

Maintain and enhance real-time voice conversation system (ElevenLabs Conversational AI)
Voice session lifecycle – connection, streaming, message capture, graceful termination
Feature development on a live therapeutic AI product
Billing/subscription flow management
Database schema evolution with RLS
Integration work (ElevenLabs, Stripe, potential new APIs)

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
