What You’ll Work On

Developing and maintaining features using Appwrite (authentication, databases, storage, serverless functions)
Implementing Cloudflare Workers, Pages, caching strategies, and R2 storage integrations
Building high-performance frontend experiences (React/Next.js preferred)
Designing permission systems and secure access control flows
Optimizing system performance and latency
Writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code
Collaborating closely with product and project leadership
Independently researching and implementing solutions when documentation or guidance is incomplete
Required Skills

4+ years professional software development experience
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience in production systems
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js preferred)
Backend experience (Node.js or similar)
Familiarity with BaaS platforms (Appwrite, Supabase, Firebase)
Experience deploying to cloud or edge environments
Experience shipping and maintaining live production systems
Comfortable working in high-growth environments with evolving priorities
Bonus Experience

Real-time systems or high-concurrency platforms
Payments integration experience (Stripe or similar)
DevOps / CI/CD experience
Performance optimization or security-first mindset
