About the Role

We are acquiring and digitally transforming FSBO.com into the most advanced For Sale By Owner portal in the United States — powered by Bevri.ai’s modern real estate and mortgage technology stack.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a rebuild.

We are replacing a legacy stack with a modern, scalable, AI-enabled platform that integrates:

IDX data feeds
Real estate listing workflows
Mortgage pre-qualification and pricing
Lead capture and CRM
Compliance-aware transaction flows
AI-assisted seller and buyer workflows
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep real estate + mortgage + IDX domain knowledge who can architect and build enterprise-grade systems.

What You’ll Build

You will help:

Re-platform FSBO.com into a modern SaaS architecture
Integrate IDX feeds (MLS data pipelines, RETS / RESO Web API)
Build listing ingestion, normalization, and search systems
Implement advanced lead routing and conversion workflows
Integrate mortgage pre-qual, pricing engine, and lock workflows
Design scalable APIs for real estate and lending data
Implement AI-assisted seller dashboards
Build high-performance listing search and filtering
Modernize UX while preserving proven conversion flows
Required Domain Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You MUST have experience in at least 2 of the following:

IDX integrations (RETS, RESO Web API)
MLS data normalization and listing compliance rules
Real estate portal development (search, filters, map search)
Mortgage origination systems (LOS integrations)
Pricing engines / PPE integrations
Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac workflow familiarity
Loan application workflows (1003 / URLA familiarity is a plus)
Lead routing and CRM systems for real estate or mortgage
If you have never worked with IDX or mortgage systems, this is not the right fit.
