Job Description: This opportunity is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build a modern, always-on intelligence platform that transforms complex multi-media narratives into actionable insights. The role involves leading the development of scalable end-user experiences, contributing to the evolution of a next-generation web portal and agentic capabilities, and applying advanced AI techniques to extract value from large-scale datasets.


Pay and Benefits
Status: Full-time

Base Salary Range: $150,000–$240,000/year

Time Off: Unlimited PTO, company holidays plus personal-choice holidays

What You’ll Do
Architect and build complex web applications that unlock the value of large-scale, multi-domain data across a web portal and agentic experiences.
Ship commercial-grade solutions that are reliable, performant, and designed to work at massive scale.
Operationalize ML and big data workflows into opinionated products that help teams uncover insights from video-, audio-, and image-centric platforms.
Design, implement, and maintain APIs and backend services that power modern web applications, with a strong grasp of microservices and databases.
Leverage AWS services at scale to orchestrate high-volume ingestion, transformation, and AI/ML-driven enrichment workflows.
Build rich, interactive UIs using React to deliver robust, intuitive end-user experiences.
Partner closely with product and sales teams to translate complex needs into simple, high-impact tools.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, set coding standards, guide architectural decisions, and strengthen team collaboration.
Qualifications
Demonstrated growth and depth in software engineering, including ownership of complex systems and scalable architectures.
Strong experience building modern web applications with React and interactive UI patterns.
Strong backend experience with Python, including CRUD, API design (including graph-style APIs), and microservices patterns.
Hands-on experience operating in cloud environments, with strong familiarity with AWS services used for orchestration, storage, compute, and AI/ML workflows.
Proven ability to design and deliver platforms, engines, frameworks, and/or APIs consumed by other teams or products.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead technically, mentor others, and make sound architectural decisions with a pragmatic mindset.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
