Build systems that actually scale to enterprise.

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help take a complex, multi-module platform from “working” to enterprise-grade.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a build, unblock, and scale role.

You’ll join a tight, high-performing team and immediately contribute to expanding and hardening multiple core modules. The work requires someone who can move fast, make decisions without hand-holding, and use modern tools (including AI) to accelerate execution.

What You’ll Do

Own and ship features across a large, multi-module platform
Take existing systems and scale them to enterprise-level reliability and performance
Move quickly from idea → implementation, even when requirements are incomplete
Unblock yourself without waiting on product, design, or other teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and leadership in a highly interactive remote environment
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term system design
Use AI tools to accelerate development and problem solving
What We’re Looking ForCore Profile

Senior-level engineer with strong full stack experience
Background in environments where you had to do more than just code(ex: product thinking, design input, leading decisions, or wearing multiple hats)
Able to make decisions quickly, execute, then refine with feedback
Strong problem solver who can operate with high autonomy
Technical Stack

Backend: Ruby on Rails (experience preferred, not required)
Frontend: React (or Vue / modern JS frameworks)
Comfortable working across the entire stack
Mindset Fit (This Matters Most)

Passionate about building and solving problems
Highly communicative and engaged (camera-on, collaborative culture)
Comfortable jumping into discussions and contributing ideas
Thrives in a fast-moving, highly interactive remote team
Not someone who disappears after standup

Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:

Computer vision
OpenCV
Trimesh
3D / imaging / spatial data systems
These aren’t required for this role, but may open opportunities to work on additional projects as the team grows.
