Job Description: Atividades
Mission: Deliver reliable, secure, observable services that scale - and own them in production.

You will

● Design and implement backend services/APIs with maintainability and simplicity.

● Work effectively with both SQL and NoSQL databases, choosing the right data model and storage technology for the problem.

● Build automated testing (unit/integration/e2e), CI/CD readiness, and safe rollout patterns.

● Own operational excellence: logs/metrics/traces, alerting, on-call support (as needed), and post-incident improvements. 


Requisitos e qualificações
• Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and deliver in small, continuous increments.

• Proactive approach to reducing manual bottlenecks through automation.

• Business focus: ability to align technical decisions with the company’s needs and strategic goals.

• Testing culture: commitment to embedding automated testing (unit, integration, e2e) as a core part of the development process.


Desejável
Previous experience in healthcare is a plus.

Experience with Python is preferred for this role.
