Job Description: <Overview>
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js) with 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern frontend development. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Next.js and React.js, along with prior experience working on Property / Real Estate platforms.

In this role, you will lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and SEO-optimized web applications, particularly focused on real estate listing platforms, advanced search systems, and map-based property discovery experiences.

<Responsibilities>

Lead development of scalable frontend applications using Next.js (App Router & Pages Router)
Build dynamic property listing pages with advanced search and filter systems
Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR for performance and SEO optimization
Integrate REST APIs using Axios / Fetch
Handle authentication flows including JWT & Role-based access
Implement Google Maps & location-based search functionality
Develop UI for KYC flows & WhatsApp OTP verification
Smart recommendations
Dynamic search
Chatbot interfaces
Ensure fully responsive UI across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile
Create pixel-perfect layouts using Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap / Custom CSS
Optimize performance using lazy loading and image optimization
Follow SEO best practices in Next.js
Use Git for version control
Collaborate in Agile environment and support CI/CD deployments (Vercel / AWS)
<Requirements>

4+ years of experience in frontend development
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js
Deep understanding of React.js
Experience building Real Estate / Property websites
SSR, SSG, ISR
Knowledge of Vercel deployment and environment configuration is required
API integrations
Authentication systems
Performance optimization
Experience working with deployment platforms (Vercel / AWS)
Understanding of Git workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $441.00 - $662.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
