Senior Engineer (OPUS Suite Modeling)

*Contingent Upon Contract Award*

Adsync Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in modeling using OPUS Suite. The ideal candidate will support engineering and logistics efforts by reviewing technical documentation, developing readiness models, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives. This role requires sound judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently on complex engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

Review technical data packages to ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and program requirements
Evaluate engineering and technical referrals in accordance with established processes and procedures
Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control and quality assurance systems
Review, validate, and develop technical data, technical manuals, and provisioning documentation
Analyze performance data and develop Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models using OPUS Suite
Perform complex engineering-related assignments requiring independent judgment and technical expertise
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior contractor personnel when required
Apply creativity and initiative to support program objectives and improve modeling methodologies
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience modeling with OPUS Suite
Experience developing or analyzing Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models
Strong understanding of technical data packages and engineering documentation standards
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD or government programs
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
