ECS is seeking a Drupal Developer to work remotely.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

 

ECS is looking for a senior developer proficient in Drupal to join our development team. The candidate selected for this position will have the opportunity to support public-facing web sites, completing mission critical tasks. The selected candidate will also build applications to collect data reported by industry to comply with regulations, directly impacting a large federal agency's mission.

 

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to web applications.
Create migration script for Drupal upgrades
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply them in web development projects.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000

General Description of Benefits

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in software development and IT consulting.
Proficiency in Drupal backend development, specifically experience in Drupal 8 and above
Proficiency in JavaScript development
Consulting experience
Knowledge of the full software life cycle
Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodology
ECS is not able to sponsor international hires for this position.
Desired Skills
Experience working with Drupal 10 is strongly preferred.
Active DHS clearance is a plus
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
