The opportunity: Job Overview: The Senior Developer, Workday guides a team responsible for the development, integration, and support of Workday. This role also plays a key role in designing, building, and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM and Finance. What will you do: Manage a team of business systems developers from third party integrators Design, build, test, and deploy Workday solutions including Studio Integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs Develop and maintain advanced calculated fields, condition rules, business processes, dashboards, and reports Configure and optimize Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Finance and Payroll Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams Align business systems initiatives with enterprise goals Resolve technical and team-related issues.
